Fiscalizadores agencies; Conclusion; Bibliographical references; SUMMARY The following work aims at to analyze norms that conduct the functioning of companies, its freedoms, obligations and prohibitions, the effect that its action causes to the society in what it says respect to the public interest, as well as, to analyze and to specify agencies that are responsible for what it is related to the half furniture, fitting to this agency or agencies, to punish any torts of the companies, for the society and of the free competition. It is wanted, therefore to argue until point a company can or not to divulge its information to the public in its proper benefit, relating such act in what it says respect to the norms imposed for the CVM in order to prevent that some are benefited in detriments of excessively.
